Recently had the pleasure in staying at your hotel … it was definitely all round 5 star experience .. The staff were courteous, friendly and couldn’t do enough to make your stay a pleasant one .. We choose a self catering Apt 207 .. fabulous location on ground floor , close to pool bar and restaurant with beautiful view of pool .. The apartment was clean , bright , wonderful facilities and everything you could ask for and more .. Supermarket was on site! There a marvellous therapist also .. this was a five star experience all on it own … having had a recent bereavement anniversary … the session facilitated my journey to grief .. felt light and a huge grief was released .. As a medical professional , couldn’t but recommend a massage or a session with her .. The pool is large and gorgeous with a kids one also … but there are two levels with this size pool so four in total … We were about five minutes walk from the strip and loads of restaurants and bars .. Five stars 🌟

We really enjoyed our stay last week at hotel ILunion costa Sal. This is our second year staying at this lovely hotel. The staff are wonderful. In particular Julia, Gregg & Beatriz in the restaurant. Very friendly staff. Everything was 100%. Well done once again hotel ILUNION. Highly recommend this hotel.

My wife and I have just returned from our annual 4 week stay at Costa Sal. We have been coming here for the last 5 years and this will be our last. We again stayed in a 2 bed villa which was nowhere near a 4 star quality that the hotel is supposed to be. For this we paid £3,500 excluding flights. The villa was very basic, it is supposed to be for 4+ people but only has a 3 seater settee so where is anybody else supposed to sit. The main living area just had the settee a sideboard and a coffee table. We had to ask for a lamp, which we got but had to use one of the bedside tables to put it on. The bedrooms are good, they are large with good size beds but only one had a dressing table. The kitchen needs replacing as most of the doors did not close properly, the laminate was peeling off some of the drawers and cupboards and the oven was filthy and the enamel blistered. The cleaning was not as good as previous years but I am sure that this is because the cleaners look overworked.

Just returned from a ten day holiday in this hotel. I booked a two bed bungalow, it was just the equivalent of a standard 2 bed apartment. It was supposed to be newly refurbished 4 star hotel, it was the equivalent of a two/ 3 star. Was very disappointed with accommodation as it was extremely expensive over €3000 with out flights..We were on the lower level, no pool bar or snack bar, you had to climb the nearly 100 steps to restaurant. Overheard a couple who were also very disappointed and paid nearly £2000 for their stay. Breakfast was good, cleaning staff were excellent but arrived at nine in the morning to clean. Maintenance during are stay meant our walls been drilled. I’m sorry but this hotel is way over priced and not worthy of its 4 stars.. would no recommend it..

Didn't know what to expect with the Costa Sal under new management, I needn't have worried. From the moment we entered the door and were welcomed as usual by the cheerful, happy faces of the ladies in reception, we knew we were back in the place we have loved for over 20 years now. Villa was absolutely first class , hot tub a treat. We had gone half board for the duration of our stay and what a good decision, Sean and all the staff in the restaurant and bar were first class. Food was superb, great spread at breakfast and the themed nights for dinner , Italian, Spanish, Mexican, Fish and Chips, Barbecue were excellent and great value. A totally wonderful 8 days and cant wait to come back.

Just home from staying in costa sol. We had booked 2 bedroom superior On arrival we were upgraded to a villa .First time here and to say we were impressed is an understatement. Reception so helpful you asked you got.the cleaners so friendly and helpful also. Beautiful pool with a lifeguard .activities around the pool for children . Entertainment in the evening .three minute walk to the beach.but for us we were with my grandson who is autistic the peace and quiet we had in the villa made him relaxed and happy and that's what made the holiday for us.i would highly recommend. Thank you

Just come home from Costa Sal March 2023 after spending 2 weeks in a 1 bedroom sc apartment. Fabulous hotel spotless throughout the complex , we stayed in room 117 just 10 steps to main pool and sunbed what's not to like.The receptionist Rosy was professional and lovely certainly we will be back next year same time and would recommend these apartments

This is a great place,very clean and well laid out.If you have mobility issues it is best to advise them before your arrival as there are some apartments with better access.Overall the staff are very helpful and friendly.There is a good restaurant on site which serves excellent dishes.
